Please let us know within 14 days of your delivery if any of your items arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied and we will happily send you a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, if we are notified after the 14 day period, a replacement or refund will no longer be offered. Shipping Fees and taxes are non-refundable and customer is responsible for shipping fees for items not considered damaged during delivery or determined faulty. 

Please follow instructions listed and send damage claim request to



  • attach a clear photo of the damaged item

  • in the message section please describe damages

  • include your name and order number

  • in some cases we may need to show the extent of the damage and condition of the box, save the damaged item(s), outer packaging and label showing the names and addresses of the sender and the addressee until your claim is settled

  • in a rare occasion you may be asked to take your shipment to your local Post Office or be contacted by a UPS employee to set up an inspection


Once requests have been met you will be notified and your replacement will be processed, and mailed to you within 2 days


Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable

Depending on where you live, your replacement arrival time will vary.


Unfortunately items listed as final sale items cannot be returned


If the item was noted as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll need to contact the gift giver so that they may process the claim for you. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the exchange to the gift giver.
