SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING AND STATUS OF MY ORDER
Our preferred method of delivery is via USPS since they are already delivering to your home 6 days a week, we like knowing by using their services we are cutting down on extra trips which helps support the environment.
We do however consider shipping via UPS, FEDEX or DHL depending on rate savings. All packages are carefully wrapped and insured. There is no signature required unless specified. Any items received damaged due to shipping will be replaced. Please keep all shipping materials and contact us within 14 days and follow instructions listed here.
Shipping within the U.S. takes anywhere from 4-7 business days to arrive. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. Please note, we only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 12:30 pm Pacific Standard time or over the weekend will ship out on Monday morning.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide and expected delivery time is between 5 - 15 business days.

Free standard shipping is valid on orders of $75 or more and on occasion lower purchase minimums for

special yearly events. Order may only be shipped to a single U.S. address.
Excludes oversize and international shipments. Cannot be combined with other shipping coupons or
discounts. Not valid on previous orders. Bohemian Bowls reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer
at any time .
MISSING DELIVERIES
It is the buyers responsibility to provide a secure address for delivery. If your tracking number indicates your order was delivered and you are unable to locate your parcel please contact the carrier. We are not responsible for replacing a missing parcel if proof of delivery has been made.
